Santa’s fire truck visit to Friendswood

Blackhawk construction update

Even through a very rainy period, the construction on Blackhawk Boulevard has been steadily progressing.  New storm drains have been placed on Blackhawk, from Edenvale Street to the Cedar Gully drainage channel.  New waterlines are being positioned from Shady Oaks Lane to Friendswood Link Road.  Soon, new concrete pavement will be installed from Edenvale Street READ MORE.

Heart Walk thanks

Mayor Mike Foreman and the American Heart Association would like to thank everyone who participated in this year's Heart Walk.The "Friendswood Strong" team raised $3,610. That was the most of any participating city (other participants were League City, Clear Lake Shores, Kemah, Seabrook, and La Marque).
