Watertown police seize more than 200 bags of heroin, charge two Waterbury men

WATERTOWN — Watertown police on Wednesday arrested two Waterbury men allegedly carrying more than 200 bags of heroin. More arrests are expected in connection to a drug investigation in the Oakville section of town.
